REQUIRED SKILLS

College degree; BA or BFA preferred.

4+ years of Content Production or Program Management experience.

Interest in immersive technology, the next generation of spatial computing and helping build the Goss Brand

Extremely organized, able to track and manage multiple streams of work

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to help facilitate work within a group

Experience managing budgets across various projects

Team player capable of working well with others and leveraging other people’s skills and strengths to deliver a stellar product

Excellent technical skills - MS Office; Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Strong understanding of production process.

Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prioritize tasks, lead sprint plans, and maintain production calendar to ensure timely execution of creative content (experience/game)

Determine a set of processes and key performance indicators that will assess production status of the creative content (experience/game) at various stages of development

Set scope of work and manage budget

Motivate and support your team(s) to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
-
Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available people

Should be comfortable working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop
